Travelling abroad? Be proactive. The standard of health services, safety, hygiene is not the same as in Canada especially in countries that are not as developed. Exposures to diseases such as travelers’ diarrhea, malaria, typhoid, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, meningitis, yellow fever, rabies etc. are higher outside Canada especially with travels to developing countries. Visit us at least six to eight weeks before your travels for your Individual and family pre- travel health assessment, travel vaccinations and consultations so you are all health equipped for your travels.
